Application for membership of VBM

The application must state the legal entity's name, address and identification number, and include confirmation from the competent authority in the legal entity's home country that the applicant is authorised to conduct securities transactions. VBM may subsequently request further documents and information as appropriate.

Once VBM has received all the required documents requested in connection with an application for membership of VBM, the application is assessed for legal, financial and operational risk. Applications are processed as quickly as possible. The assessment of applicants and the application process are governed by VBM’s rules.
