Application for Membership of VBM

The application must state the legal entity’s name, address and identification number, and include confirmation from the competent authority in the entity’s home country that the applicant is authorised to conduct securities transactions. VBM may subsequently request further documents and information, as appropriate.

Once VBM has received all the required documentation relating to an application for membership, the application is assessed for legal, financial and operational risks. Applications are processed as quickly as possible. Applicants and the application process are assessed in accordance with VBM’s rules.
